1.Who controls your data

2.What data we process
This website is a brochure site: it has no forms, accounts or orders placed directly through the site, and the site itself does not set its own cookies or use analytics tools. We do not collect data from you through the website. The only third-party element is the embedded Google map (described below), which may set Google’s own cookies.
Like any web server, the hosting server (Vercel Inc.) may automatically record in technical logs your IP address, the time of the request and the page visited. We do this for security and to keep the site working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.
When you call us, you give only the data needed to handle your request.
3.Google Maps
A Google map is embedded on the site in the “Find us” section. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers (Google Ireland Limited), which may process your IP address and set Google’s own cookies in line with Google’s privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google is a separate controller of your data in this respect.
4.Links to other services
The site links to Google Maps (directions, reviews), Facebook, Instagram and Pyszne.pl (online orders). No connection to these services is made until you click a link. After you click, the privacy rules of that service apply, and it becomes a separate controller of your data.
5.Fonts
Fonts are stored on our own server (self-hosted) — your browser does not connect to Google Fonts.
6.Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland). Contact us by email (kontakt@bistrotrzyschody.pl), by phone or at the restaurant.

You can get allergen information from our staff at the restaurant or by phone.
